1. Purpose and quantities
Define the setting, number of wearers and garments per person. Season and wearing time influence fabric choice. Collect sizes against an agreed measurement chart instead of guessing.

2. Artwork and specification
Supply clear artwork, preferably a vector original. Define its position and size. If colour accuracy matters, agree on a colour reference and physical sample before production.

3. Approval and delivery
Check that the quotation identifies style, colour, sizes, quantity, decoration and timing. Record sample approval in writing. At delivery, reconcile quantities and sizes with the order and obtain the care instructions.
